About
Professor James Dougan was a valued teacher, mentor and colleague at Illinois at Wesleyan University. He advised many students in the department of psychology during his tenure, and after his passing, the IWU Chapter of the AAUP established the James D. Dougan Award to honor his "staunch commitment to defending the faculty’s right to participate in shaping the direction of the university."
