Dr. Tian-Xiao He received a Ph.D. from the Dalian University of Technology and a Ph.D. from the Texas A&M University. His research interests include spline functions, approximation theory, wavelet analysis, numerical analysis, enumerative combinatorics, and some topics in computational mathematics.
