Abstract
The websites featured in this column are free online resources that detail strategies, toolkits, worksheets, information, and more to support emotional well-being, mindfulness, and self-care and to decrease stress. They also include tools to help one assess and understand their own stress levels, identify what may be causing stress, and recognize the impacts that stress has on health.
